After I shared with K something last night, she prayed for me regarding it after tht.
Then this morning, something happened. It is too qiao3 to be a coincidence. I think it is probably an indication. I like it, the immediacy of prayer! Of cos prayers may not bring instant results at times but there are many times where the results/answers are fast.

My 1st week of Sep

Night plans for the past week...

Monday: SOT friends gathering cum Surprise birthday celebration for YP (NYDC Heeren)
- S, Su+bf, T, P, YP and I
- Met up at 730 but celebration started at around 830+
- S told YP a story as part of the plan and we came in with the cake after that... Ha!
- It was quite a long time since we last met up...

Tuesday: Guitar Class 1, my 2nd attempt to learn guitar. (Yew Mei Green)
- Teacher V; Students R, S, E, V and I
- Strumming (Down, up, Down, up, Down, up up up...)

Wednesday: Girls nite out (Pasta de Waraku at Central)
- P, C, J, K and I
- Pasta at the nice restaurant
- I ate Pork Bacon & Cabbage Pasta with Tomato & Wafu sauce
- After dinner, we walked along S'pore River
- We sat down to chat after that (Was encouraged after that)
- Ended with prayer for each other at a corner of Central

Thursday: Meet up with JC OBS grp
- M, C, H, P and I
- Saw the email on Mon or Tues, but the dinner meet-up was set up.
- Ate at Chomp Chomp
- Went to M's hostel where we all played bridge a little (long time since I have played that)
- Passed by Clover something, so went to say hi to ZT (since he was bk in s'pore for a week) with M and H.

Friday: 1st cg of W455

Which one should I get?

I think I am more inclined to the Panasonic one, cos my sister uses that FX01 or FX10 and I liked it a lot.

But looking at the specs, some of the other brands seems to be better. But I like the look of the Panasonic one.

Give me your comments, ok? :D

Haven't bought something so ex for myself before. But I think it should be worthed the investment rite? Can keep memories for myself with lotsa photos. :D Hehe!

Closing a chapter and opening another new chapter

It has been a week of closing a chapter of life and opening a new chapter.

1. E105 multiplied to E105 and W455 on 30th Aug 2007.
W455 consists of JX, Karista, Desmond, Song, Ray, Jianye, Jennifer, Peiwen, Eden, Gordon, Angelyn, and me.

Previous cg multiplication was on 11th Aug 2005, to E105 and W358.
E105 then consists of JX, Lawrence, Kenneth, Raymond, Joseph, Kelly, Jennifer, Jen, Peiwen and me. Sarah joined us after a few months.

It was a set of mixed feelings for us. We were happy that we were fruitful, to multiply.
We were sad to leave some of the close friends we have in the cellgroup.

I gave my favorite cg members a little gift each.
The 2 gals that I will miss alot: I pray that God will continue to bless and lead you into your destiny as you walk out everyday of your life with Him. *Hugz*
May the Lord bless us each with the man in our lives very soon! :)

For the past 7 years and 5+ months I have been in church, I had been in E105. I was first under the leadership of Ray Khoo, then JX.

For 6-8 weeks more, JX will be flying to Sweden to do his Masters in Divinity. Words cannot express how much I appreciate JX's leadership. He is a great cg leader, he goes the extra mile to take care of the members. It is not the super caring way, cos it is not his style. But you know that he's there when you need him. He takes time to spend with members. He is a great preacher and teacher. He is knowledgeable and wise. He is an inspiration!

JX: Thank you, CGL, for all that you have done for me and the cg!
You are a mighty man of God and I believe God has a lot of wonderful things in store for you!

2. Karin's last day at NMD
Johanna has left.
Huiling has left.
Karin has left.

When people leave, emotions are involved.
You know they have a better package with their new jobs, so you don't stop them. But you will miss them. As a colleague, you get to see them more. Now that they leave, it is just not going to be the same. It takes more effort to keep in touch...

Karin: Thanks for the crazy times! You are the SB; I am the 'selective hearer'... haha!

Now with a smaller dept, the team will probably spend more time together. Which is a good thing too. I pray that we will continue to make a big impact to the New Media environment in MC. Jiayou!!!

I say in faith that it will be a new chapter for me with regard to work.
I will adjust my lifestyle to working 830am to 6pm. I decide to discipline myself.
I will help myself focus better at work and if I work later, I will stay latest till 1130pm.
