Brand new 2007

2007 is here. Today's the 8th day.

Since 1st Jan, I have heard 3 pieces of good news.

1) 1 of my good friends is 3 months pregnant, baby will be due in July.

2) Another friend is getting married on 15th Dec.

3) 1 of my good friends has received a wedding proposal.

Congratulations L, Z and J!!!

Hmm... So when can I give you guys my own good news?

Let me count... Should be in 2007 bah...

Hehe, self-prophecy: I will meet my Prince-charming and get married this year!

2007 will be a special year for me, but a lot depends on what I do about it. If I do nothing different, it is little wonder, that it would be any different from last year.

This year, I have to rise up in faith and step out and up! Only then, it will truly be an exciting and eventful year for me.

Cheers to 2007!

Oh yah, if I have the chance, I will share with you about the new book that I am reading. I think it is really insightful. "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus". Contains great tips!

Till then, post in my NEW shout-out box ok?
Nice rite? Got the free application and put it in. Took about 5 minutes only. Hehe! :D

Closing 2006

2006 is history since 8 days ago...

1 of the things I like about 2006 is my Longevity award (5 years of service) that I received at M3 Volunteers Appreciation Night. I received this Glass Trophy thing which I found it pretty pretty.
Matt 25:31-36 "... 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: ... I was in prison and you came to Me.' "

I received a few Christmas presents. Thanks to all!
1 of the Christmas presents that I really like is the "The Sin Book" notebook. Haha, I am not advocating sin, ok? Just that when we were doing our Christmas shopping, I mentioned to my friend that the notebook was special... And she got me that for Christmas. I don't understand why a notebook should be so expensive but I got it as a gift. Hehe! I started to write in it yesterday, and i admired the cover design and the design in the pages. Nice nice! Thanks, SML!

Much of my Christmas and New Year holidays were spending packing, moving house and unpacking... :P A homey end of the year...

Actually there are many good things that happened in 2006 but I can't recall... Am glad that I have blogged some of them, so that I can look back. :)

Thanks to my family, friends and Jesus for the 2006 I had! I had bad times, good times... Sad times, happy times... Thanks for the journey! And thank God, I am still alive!

Byebye 2006. *muahz*
